More Street Art in Valparaiso, Chile

This mural depicts Valparaiso, Chile climbing the hill under which this figure struggles.  It perhaps depicts the earthquakes that have shaken and damaged the area,  including a deadly quake several years ago.
Valparaiso occupies the hills surrounding the port.  If people must walk up hill, perhaps decorating the walls with street art cheers them up and inspires them.
This is a closer view of the mural at the left in the photo above.
This painting is on a garage door.  I hope the painting does not cause people to overlook the no parking sign intended to discourage people from blocking the area in front of the garage door.
The street art has made Valparaiso a fascinating place to visit.  We went there on a day trip to the wine country from Santiago, but we would like to return and spend more time.

The artwork is well done but a bit strange. All the bright color makes the place look cheerful.
